Call Me By Your Name, directed by Luca Guadagnino and written by James Ivory, is a sensual and transcendent tale of first love, based on the acclaimed novel by André Aciman.

It's the summer of 1983, and precocious 17-year-old Elio Perlman (Timothée Chalamet), is spending the days with his family at their 17th-century villa in Lombardy, Italy. He soon meets Oliver (Armie Hammer), a handsome doctoral student who's working as an intern for Elio's father. Amid the sun-drenched splendour of their surroundings, Elio and Oliver discover the heady beauty of awakening desire over the course of the summer that will alter their lives forever.

At the 90th Academy Awards, it was nominated for Best Picture, Best Actor (Chalamet), Best Original Song ("Mystery of Love"), and Best Adapted Screenplay (James Ivory).

Chalamet became the youngest Best Actor nominee since 1939, while Ivory became the oldest-ever winner in any competitive category
